There are many reasons that the U.S. can use renewable energy to improve the economy. First of all, renewable energy can have a more stable price. One of the judges that didnt get his promised appointment was WilliamMarbury. Marbury decided to take action in court. Marburys argument was supportedby Section 13 of the Judiciary Act. This stated the courts could force an official toperform an official duty. This is called a writ of mandamus. Marbury took this claim tothe Supreme Court. The Justice of the Supreme Court is now James Marshall, Adamsold Secretary of State. If he issued the writ, Madison would ignore it and the court wouldbe perceived as powerless.
